You can add animated content from Tumult Hype or Adobe Animate in one of two ways:

1) Place as OAM — Export the animation as an OAM file and add it to InDesign using File > Place, OR

2) Create a Web Content Container — Within InDesign, draw a rectangular container on the page, choose in5 > Interactive Widgets > Web Content, and point to the .html file you've created of your animation.
