Admins are able to login into an in5 online account to

create/delete users
remotely deactivate users (e.g., if they move computers or leave the company)
view invoices
update billing, etc.

Users are able to activate in5 within InDesign.

User accounts are created by admins. While a User can have an email and passcode for activation, this cannot be used to log into an online account. It's solely for activating in5 within InDesign.
