While it's theoretically possible to do so using an online epub converter (since epub is HTML under the hood), in5 is not designed to export the epub format.
To export FXL epubs, it's recommended that you simply using InDesign's epub export.
in5 is designed to export web-ready HTML, as well as HTML that can be converted into mobile apps.
