Auto-renewal is turned on for all subscriptions by default, but it can easily be managed from your online account.

Auto-renewal is managed from Plan & billing in your online account.

Open your online account, choose Plan & billing, and in the Renewal section choose Turn off auto-renewal.

You will be asked for a reason and shown the date your access ends; your plan stays active until that date.

The Overview page shows the same renewal state and the same control.

Turning auto-renewal back on

These same sections will display a different message if you auto-renewal is already turned off.

If auto-renewal is off, the same Renewal section offers Turn auto-renewal on and prevent your plan from expiring.

Cancelling Ajar Academy

Note the Ajar Academy is run on the Teachable platform and must be cancelled separately. To do so, log into your Ajar Academy account and cancel from there.
