You can remove in5 from your system, be deleting the following folder:
[indesign application folder]/Scripts/in5_v3
When you restart InDesign, in5 will no longer be there.
However, this will only remove the installation, it won't remove any license activations or cancel any subscriptions. Both of those can be done through your online account.
